Duties:     1. Assist in the day to day operation of the residence hall in the setting of the overall Boarding program and provide an excellent environment for staff and students.
2. Support the special character of the Chile Adventist University as a Seventh-day Adventist educational institution.
3. Plan, support and help run any devotional and recreational activities involving residents.
4. Provide pastoral support for residents and be attentive to their individual needs (health, academics, discipline, transportation, etc.). Care for sick students and deal with emergencies/accidents in the residence hall and on campus.
5. Loyally support the school, its projects and programs, and its management at all times. Actively implement the Mission Statement of the University.
7. Monitor student workers in the residence hall and assist the head dean as needed (may include cleaning and maintenance, among other duties).

Acceptable Dress: Formal clothing for participation in worship services and official meetings; semi-formal clothing for office-related work; casual clothing for free time. It is recommended that the volunteer bring warm winter clothing for the winter months. Uniform shirt and jacket may be provided.
Unacceptable Dress:  Any clothing which does not comply with Christian standards and standard church recommendations (i.e. see-through or revealing clothing, overly casual or unkempt clothing, clothing with negative/hateful slogans or symbols).
