coordinator, but making individual bookings is
certainly an appropriate option.
HOWEVER ~

to do so by your Home Division. |

| If you make your travel plans through
an agency or via the Internet, you must send a copy
of your itinerary to your home division volunteer
coordinator, for purposes of |

• arranging your insurance coverage, and
• arranging for someone to meet you at your final destination. |
